The King And His Loyal Dog - An Animal Moral Story For Children
Once upon a time there was a king his name was Rudra he was so kind to all and fond of animals. So he had a lot of animals in his palace. Among them all he had a very special bond with his dog Bhairon. Bhairon also loved the king very much and he never left the king alone at any situation. Because once Bhairon was living with his parents, unfortunately his parents were killed by the predators and they tried to kill Bhairon, but the king Rudra killed those predators and saved the Bhairon. After that he came to the palace with the king, So he liked the king very much and he will be ready to do anything for the king. The King was liked by all the people of the kingdom very much He treated each and everybody alike.Bhairon was not only the king's favourite pet animal but also he was the king's savior and body gaurd. In many situation Bhairon body guarded the king and saved him from the attackers, animals and even from the unknown enemies. So the king kept Bhairon near to him always.
There was a neighborhood Kingdom it was ruled by a filthy and evil minded king Dhusra. He was jealous of the king Rudra and his kingdom, So he tried to attack and capture the kingdom of Rudra. He tried many times but all the time he was defeated by the king Rudra and his army. Though the king Rudra won all the battles against Dhusra he did not kill or capture his land. He always forgave him and set him free by giving some advice. But that demonic king Dhusra never changed his mind, He again and again fought against the Rudra army on the guidance of his cunning minister foxer. Foxy also an evil minded fox, like his king Dhusra.But he was not evil before. Once upon a time he was in the Rudra's Kingdom with his family. His father was killed by the king's army for stealing of some costliest jewels from the palace. So after his father's death Foxy decided to vengeance the Rudra's Kingdom by killing the King. As an vengeance for his father's death he tried to kill the king Rudra when he was sleeping, he moved into the king's bed room with a sword, Bhairon and all the other animals were sleeping at the corridors, Bhairon was not that much close to the king then. He was just one among the animals in the king's palace. Fortunately Bahiron smelled the strange moment nearby the king's bedroom so he ran to check the reason behind that. Foxy was almost ready to kill the king with his blazing sword,he was pointing out the tip of the sword to the king's chest. Bhairon saw that shocking incident and jumped at the foxy and attacked him. They fought vigorously but Bhairon never let the Foxy to attack the king.Foxy threw his sword many times at the king but everything was blocked and taken by the dog Bhairon. The king woke up and took his sword to kill the Foxy meanwhile all the guardians and ministers hurried towards the king's room. The dog saved the king but it fell down on the floor as it was badly hurt by the sword of the Foxy. All of them tried to capture or kill the Foxy but they could not catch him as it was night time. He escaped from the palace and reached the Dhusra's Kingdom.
After reaching that enemy Kingdom Foxy told his story to the king and his vengeance for killing the Rudra King. Dhusra already had a lot of enemity and conflicts with the Rudra King so he honoured and welcomed the Foxy to his kingdom and appointed him as his chief minister. At the other hand the Rudra king was overwhelmed by the loyalty of the dog Bhairon, he thanked the dog and felt very sad for his condition as he was badly hurt by the Foxy. He ordered the palace doctors to treat him as fast as possible. They treated the Bhairon faster and handed over him to the king. The king loved the dog very much for his loyalty so he kept the Bhairon with him as he saved his life. But at the Dhusra's Kingdom the king and the cunning Foxy planned many times to kill the Rudra King during the battle. But all the time they were beaten and driven away by the Rudra's army. Sometime Bhairon tried to kill the Foxy at the battle but it managed to escape from that place with little or no hurt using his cunningness. As all of their plans of killing and capturing the king Rudra and his Kingdom went vain the king Dhusra and his minister Fox arranged a secret meeting among the ministers. They took a secret decision of sending Foxy's son Fab to the Rudra's Kingdom inorder to kill the king. So as per their plan thay left the Fab at the border of the Rudra's Kingdom.
Fab entered into the Rudra's Kingdom and moved towards the palace as per his plan. But the people and the animals of the kingdom witnessed him as an outsider and tried to kill him. But some people and animals passed this news to the king Rudra about the new arrival of a Fox to the kingdom from outside. The king ordered the guards to capture the fox and bring him to the palace. They brought the fox Fab to the palace by chaining him around, on seeing that Bhairon tried to dive and kill him but the king stopped him. The king enquired about the fox, his kingdom, his name and the reason for his arrival. The fox revealed his name as Fab and his kingdom. Then he told his reason for his arrival to the Rudra's Kingdom from the Dhusra's Kingdom. Fab told that"I have escaped from the Dhusra's Kingdom because I asked the king Dhusra and the minister Foxy justice for killing of my child. They killed my only child gp before my eyes as he did not bow his head and greet them . When they tried to kill me I escaped from them in order to save my life. So please forgive me and accept me as one of your members here". Everyone listened to his story but Bhairon was not ready to believe that, He asked the king to not to believe him. But Fab cried in anguish as per his plan he bowed his head to the king for acceptance. Many people requested the king to not to accept him. But the king went inside a room along with Bhairon for a discussion. After they discussed doing somthing The king came out and announced the people that Fab would be considered as one of the members of the kingdom thereafter. Fab can live at the palace among the other animals. As the king declared his decision everybody accepted him as one of the members.
Some days and months rolled on Fab tried to earn good name from the king and from others. But he was very careful at maintains his real purpose and secret. But Bhairon always had an eye at his action. One day Dhusra king and Foxy came for fight against the king Rudra, That time Bhairon requested the king his plan of taking Fab to the battle against the enemies. The king accepted his suggestion and went for the battle. The king's army fought against the Dhusra's army meanwhile in addition to protecting the king Rudra the Bhairon was watching at the activities of the Fab against the enemy king and the Foxy. During the battle he noticed Fab and his activity. After a severe battle the Dhusra's army stopped their fighting and returned back to their kingdom by losing hundreds of their lives. After the battle Bhairon met the king and told Fab's suspicious activity of not attacking the enemy king and the Foxy during the battlefield. Even when the enemies approached to come to nearby the king to kill him he did not stood against them to stop and fight back even he had fair chances to kill them. But it was not enough for the king to take any action against Fab and punish him. So Bhairon tried to show the true colour and reality of Fab and his purpose of coming with more evidence.
So he planned some tricks to catch and reveal the Fab's real face. The next day Bhairon approached the king and told his plan. The king refused at first but due to Bhairon's compulsion he accepted for the plan. As per their plan the king ordered all the people and the animals for an announcement. All of them gathered at the hall, the king came along with Bhairon and announced the people that " I would like to take some rest alone for some time at the garden house, so all the works will be undertaken by the ministers, no one should come and distrub me during these times, even Bhairon will not be allowed to come there until I ask and permit". On hearing this people got confusion and Bhairon acted like he was upset by the king's decisions. They returned to their casual daily routine but Bhairon and the king had some secret meetings once in a day at late night by at their secret room. Bhairon noticed some of the changes in Fab's activity, So he ordered all the animals for a meeting and requested them all to be careful and cooperative. He further requested them to not to reveal the secret of the king's plan of taking rest all alone at that garden house. Some animals asked Bhairon that what would happen if we reveal the secret to others? The Bhairon waited for the question as per his plan and set up. So he replied them that" If we reveal the secret even the enemy king Dhusra and his minister Foxy will know this place very easily and they will try to kill our king. We can not save our king's life. So we should not reveal this because he is all alone there, nobody will be there for him to assist and protect him if an unexpected enemy attacks happen".
Saying this he requested all to disperse from the meeting. The nighttime came all the people and the animals were sleeping Bhairon also pretended like sleeping by looking at Fab, Almost all of them were in sound sleep but Fab was not able to sleep he was looking around in a suspecting way. He was waiting for all the animals sleeping.When he checked all of them were in deep sleep he woke up from the bed and started to stepping out the place without making any sounds.
He reached the palace Wall and jumped high to go outside of it. Meanwhile Bhairon was secretly following behind him. Fab started running fast towards the Dhusra's Kingdom. He reached the border of the Dhusra's Kingdom and Made a secret sound by looking at the Dhusra's palace as soon as he reached there.Within some minutes of time The king Dhusra and his father Foxy came approaching the Fab by covering their identity by blankets. On seeing them Fab ran fast bowed the head to the king and embraced the Foxy and called him dad, The foxy called him my son Fab. Bhairon shocked by that incident and confirmed his doubt and waited for the purpose of Fab's arrival. Fab told all the incidents happened at the palace from beginning and revealed the present condition and the secret staying of the king Rudra at the Garden house. Hearing all those matters the devil king and the Foxy lifted and kissed Fab with joy.
They asked Fab to guide them to the king's garden house to kill the Rudra King. But Fab refused as his disappearance at the palace for a long time might ruin all our plans of killing the King and create unnecessary problems. Fab asked them to let him to reach the palace safely without making any doubt for anybody about our secret plan. So he asked them to come outside of the palace the next day late night to go to the king's garden house to kill him. They accepted his ideas and waved their hands as he started running towards the Rudra's palace. The Bhairon was very shocked and determined to inform this fatal plan of enemies against the king. The Bhairon ran fast in a secret way and reached the palace before the arrival of the Fab.
After the arrival of the Bhairon, Fab reached the palace and he was walking silently to his place where he would usefully stay and sleep. He came to his place and pretended like sleeping with others. The next day morning Bhairon met the king in his secret room secretly and told all the fatal incidents he had seen. He also told the relationship between Fab and Foxy one who already tried to kill the king. The king came to know the real purpose of the arrival of Fab. The king's anger went high and his eyes turned into red like burning fire. He shouted in anger to kill the Dhusra king, Foxy and his son Fab. Suddenly angered king took his sword to kill the cunning Fab first to send his body to the enemy king and the Foxy before killing them. Bhairon frightened by the anger of the king. Bhairon tried to console the king, so he slowly requested the king " Please don't kill Fab now my lord, it will give them clue to escape, so we can not capture and kill those enemy king Dhusra and the cunning Foxy So let's wait until the good time comes".
As his request was valid and reasonable the king left Fab unkilled for that day and waited for the late night to punish the enemies and teach them all the evil minded demons a lesson. The sun set at the West and the dark started to spread all over the kingdom. Unusually Fab was so tensed and he was keep on enquiring about the king and his staying place. In reality the king was staying at the palace itself in his secret room without letting his identity to anybody except the Bhairon as per their plan. All the people and the animals were returning for sleeping, But Fab was roaming here and there by stroking his hands without going for sleeping. When all the other animals asked him the reason for his nervousness he said them that he had some stomach upset problem. The time they were waiting was very near to kill the king for their vengeance. Cunning Fab woke up from his bed and started to walk step by step to go outside of the palace to accompany the Dhusra king and his father Foxy to take them to the Rudra king's garden house in order to kill him secretly.
Watching everything secretly Bhairon did not follow the Fab he just went into the king's secret room, The king covered his body with a long blanket to hide from visibility to others. The king and the Bhairon along with some of the highly trained king's secret army reached the garden house using their secret tunnel. They were waiting for the arrival of the enemies by hiding in their secret places. Within some minutes of time The Dhusra king, The Foxy and his son Fab along with some guardians reached the garden house. They searched for the king's bed room for some time. While they were searching for the king's bed room one of their guards found somthing and signalled the Dhusra king and Foxy to come there. They went to that place silently without making any noise, the king looked inside the room through the window, there was somebody sleeping on the highly decorated cosy bed by covering their full body under the bed sheet. Foxy informed the Dhusra king that" He is definitely the Rudra King I have already seen him his sleeping style and posture when I tried to kill him before. So without wasting the time let's take the swords and finish him off into pieces". By saying like that They ordered their guards to guard them from outside.
Meanwhile The Rudra King,Bhairon and the army were waiting for the correct situation to attack them with their weapons. Now the enemy king Dhusra along with Foxy and his son Fab entered into the room and stood around the bed. They took their swords and started to strike at the person one who was sleeping on the bed. There came no sound or blood from the body so they got suspect and removed the bedsheet from the body to check. When they opened they shocked at that sight. It was actually not an human body it was a human like doll made by clothes and sponges. They were shocked by that and tried to go away from that spot but the king Rudra,Bhairon and their army entered into the room by killing and leaving all the enemy's guards outside.
Now the enemy king Dhusra, Foxy and Fab had no option rather than surrendering. They Pretended like surrendering to the king by leaving their weapons on the ground and bowing to the king. But Bhairon warned the king to not to believe and leave them. While they were talking Foxy took a sword and tried to kill the Rudra king, Bhairon moved the king apart and received the strike on him, The angered king attacked the evil Foxy with his sword and cut his head apart. They Bhairon attacked the Fab and killed him, Finally the evil enemy king Dhusra was killed by the Rudra and the Bhairon. Now the king removed the bedsheet and revealed his identity. He ordered the guards to bury the bodies of those evil enemy king, Foxy and Fab at far away places from the kingdom. When Bhairon tried to save the king from the enemy king and Foxy's attack his left leg was hurt and he was bleeding. So the king thanked Bhairon for saving his life again and again. As Bhairon was not able to walk the king covered his wound with his silk cloth and carry him on his hands to the palace by walking in order to show the loyalty of his Bhairon and the bonding between them to the world.
